VII. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION (ARCO); AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT.

In accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP, as well as articles 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the GDPR, the owners of the personal data collected by COMERSUB may request access, rectification, cancellation (when this is legally appropriate), or oppose the use of these, as well as revoke your consent. To exercise these rights you must follow the following procedure:

  • 1) Send an email to our Privacy Officer at the address: info@itsthewow.travel requesting the exercise of ARCO rights, in which you must indicate: your full name, as well as the legal relationship you have with COMERSUB, the type of right they wish to exercise, precisely identifying the data with respect to which they request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, or those in which they decide to revoke their consent, attaching any of the official identification documents: valid voter credential issued by the National Electoral Institute (INE), corresponding national identification card (in the case of foreigners), professional license, current passport or current immigration document; in order to prove the identity or personality with which the request is made.
  • 2) In the case of personal data whose owners are minors or incapable persons, this request must be made by the person who legally represents the rights of the minor or incapable person, either through proof of parental authority; or through a legally appointed guardian or conservator.

  • 8) In the event that the request is made in accordance with the LFPDPPP and other current regulations, access will be granted, the data will be rectified or canceled, the right of opposition will be made effective or the consent will be revoked, within the fifteen business days following the date on which the request is answered. This period may be extended for fifteen additional business days when there are causes that justify it, this situation will be notified to the owner in accordance with the provisions of article 97 of the Regulations of the Law (RLFPDPPP).
  • 9) In all cases in which the request is appropriate, in terms of what is indicated by articles 32, 33, 34 and 35 of the LFPDPPP, the delivery of the response will be free through the email address that the owner of the data indicated for said purposes, in the event that the information is required to be delivered in a different way, it must only cover the justified shipping costs and/or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats that are generated.
